What is the difference between tickets releases?

There is no difference between the tickets except the price. Phase 1 is the 'early bird' ticket which is the cheapest. Once this sells out 2nd release goes on sale for a little more, until the last release.

Where can I find my concert and party photos?

All photos will be posted on our Instagram stories and our website in the Gallery section.

What if I want my photos to be removed from the website?

If you don't want your photo to be published just contact us and tell us which one of our photos you want to be deleted!

Tickets are sold out. Can I buy tickets at the door?

Once tickets are sold out, we also sell tickets at the door. Please note that at some of our parties our tickets go on sale well in advance via www.eventim.pl/artist/k-pop-party/ please keep a lookout for more tickets for our future events.

Can I book a table and how much does it cost?

Please email us via cheoncheonhi@thejnetworks.com or dm us on Instagram @cheon_cheon_hi for all table inquiries. Please include the city and date when making the inquiry.

What is the minimum age of entry to your events?

The majority of our night events are 16+ only unless explicitly stated otherwise. All minors (ages between 16-18) have to bring consent to participate. Otherwise, a consent form is required at this link.

I cannot make it to the event, can I get a refund?

How can I request a song?

You are welcome to ask the DJ on the day of the event whether he has the song. If he has it, it can also be played. We also ask for your song requests for each party on our Instagram stories beforehand.

What to do if you lose or find items?

If you lose or find any items, please contact the location you visited. Any lost articles will be managed by the venue.

Do I need to be fully vaccinated before attending the event?

Depending on the government regulations you may be required to either be fully vaccinated, or have a negative covid test result within 24 hours in advance. Please check your local covid restrictions as it may differ by country or city.

I cannot see the tickets for the party are they sold-out?

The tickets haven't gone on sale yet, please keep a look out for an announcement as they will go up soon.

Is there a cloakroom at your venue? Can I store my luggage here?

Please check our event description which will include detailed information about the cloakroom and costs. Please contact the venue directly in regards to whether they can store your luggage.

Is there a dress code for your events?

We demand solid footwear from the men.
